Insurance

Insurance coverage varies widely depending on which plan your employer has selected for you. You are encouraged to read and understand your own policy. We will gladly provide you with completed claim forms for services rendered for submission to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Unlike medical insurance, dental insurance is only designed to help defray the cost of dental care. The fees for dental services are generally not covered in full by insurance. As a service to our patients, we will be happy to process all claim forms for your insurance. For extensive treatment, financial arrangements may be made prior to initiation of treatment. We can also arrange financial assistance through Dental Fee Plan by Capital One at www.dentalfeeplan.com.
